By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”).

1. Overview of the Business Model

Two Angels operates as a custom print-on-demand and dropshipping store. Our products (primarily apparel, t-shirts, and custom goods) are printed, packaged, and shipped directly to you through our third-party manufacturing and fulfillment partner, Qikink. By placing an order, you acknowledge that items are custom-made upon request.

2. Accuracy of Product Display & Sizing

  • Visuals: We make every effort to display the colors and images of our t-shirts as accurately as possible. However, because computer monitors and mobile screens display colors differently, we cannot guarantee that your screen’s display of any color will be 100% exact to the physical product.
  • Sizing: All custom apparel is printed based on the specific size charts provided on our product pages. Please review the sizing dimensions carefully before placing an order. We cannot offer refunds or exchanges for ordering incorrect sizes, as each item is uniquely printed to order.

3. Pricing and Payments

  • All prices listed on twoangels.in are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless specified otherwise.
  • We reserve the right to change prices for our products at any time without prior notice.
  • We accept payments via secure third-party payment gateways (including UPI, Credit/Debit cards, and Net Banking). We do not store your financial details.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Processing Time: Because our products are printed on demand via Qikink, items must be manufactured before they are shipped. Processing times typically take 2-4 business days.
  • Delivery Timelines: Domestic shipping within India generally takes between 2 to 9 business days after dispatch, depending on your location and the courier partner.
  • Tracking: Once your order is handed over to the shipping partner, a tracking link will be provided to your registered email/phone number. We are not responsible for delivery delays caused by courier service disruptions, weather conditions, or incorrect address submissions.

5. Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Because our products are entirely custom-printed to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, wrong size selection, or changing your mind.

We only replace or refund items if they fall under the following categories:

  1. Manufacturing Defects or Misprints: The print is visibly flawed, smeared, or incorrect.
  2. Damaged Goods: The item arrived physically damaged or torn.
  3. Wrong Item Delivered: You received a completely different size, color, or design than what you ordered.

How to claim a refund/replacement:

  • You must contact us at [Your Support Email] within 5 days of delivery.
  • Mandatory Requirement: You must provide clear photograph or unboxing video proof showing the defect, along with your order number. If the issue is validated by our manufacturing partner (Qikink), a fresh replacement will be shipped to you at no extra cost, or a full refund will be processed.

Cancellations:

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once they have entered production with our printing partner. Generally, the window to request a cancellation is less than 1 hour after order placement.

6. Return to Origin (RTO) and Undelivered Packages

If a package is returned to us/our printing facility because of an incomplete address, incorrect contact number, or because the customer was unavailable after multiple delivery attempts, the customer will be responsible for the additional shipping fees required to re-ship the order.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, text, graphics, logos, and images displayed on twoangels.in are the intellectual property of Two Angels or are used with proper licensing. Any unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of our designs or website content is strictly prohibited.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Two Angels, our directors, employees, or fulfillment partners (Qikink) be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our products or website. Our maximum liability to you for any issue related to an order is strictly limited to the total amount paid by you for that specific order.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any legal disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in [Kolkata, West Bengal, India].
