Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

At Two Angels, every single t-shirt and apparel item is custom-printed just for you the moment you place an order. Because we do not hold pre-printed inventoeery and your items are uniquely manufactured on demand, our return policy is different from traditional retail stores.

Please read our policy carefully before completing your purchase.

1. The Core Rule: No Changes for “Buyer’s Remorse”

Because each item is custom-made to order, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations if you change your mind, ordered the wrong size, or dislike the color.

Important Note on Sizing: We provide highly detailed size charts on every product page. Please measure a t-shirt that fits you well and compare it to our chart before buying. We cannot replace items due to sizing mistakes.

2. When We DO Issue Refunds or Replacements

We want you to love your order! We will gladly send you a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund if your item arrives with any of the following issues:

  • Manufacturing Defects: Misprints, smeared ink, or design placement errors.
  • Damaged Goods: The t-shirt arrives torn, stained, or with broken stitching.
  • Incorrect Item: You received a completely different size, color, or design than what is listed on your order confirmation.

3. How to File a Claim (Step-by-Step)

If your order is damaged or defective, please let us know within 5 days of delivery by following these steps:

  1. Email Us: Send an email to [anzelsfirm@gmail.com] with the subject line: Return Claim – Order #[Your Order Number].
  2. Provide Proof: Attach clear photos or a brief unboxing video showing the defect or the incorrect item received.
  3. Review: Our quality check team (along with our printing partner, Qikink) will review the images within 2–3 business days.
  4. Resolution: If the defect is confirmed, we will either ship a brand-new replacement to you at zero extra cost, or process a full refund to your original payment method.

Please note: Claims submitted after 5 days from the delivery date cannot be accepted.

4. Order Cancellations

Because our store is integrated directly with our printing facility, orders enter production almost immediately.

  • You can request a cancellation within 1 hour of placing your order by emailing [anzelsfirm@gmail.com].
  • Once production has begun on your custom t-shirt, the order cannot be canceled or modified.

5. Packages Returned to Origin (RTO)

If the courier company is unable to deliver your package due to:

  • An incorrect or incomplete address provided by you
  • An invalid phone number
  • The customer being unavailable after multiple delivery attempts

The package will be sent back to our fulfillment facility. In these cases, the customer will need to pay a re-shipping fee to have the package dispatched a second time. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
