1. Overview & Agreement

  • Pricing & Errors: All prices are subject to change without prior notice. In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or pricing system discrepancy, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any orders placed for items listed at the incorrect price, whether or not the order has been confirmed or payment processed.

  • Inventory & Modifications: We reserve the right at any time to modify, suspend or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time.

4. Orders, Payments & Billing Information

  • Order Acceptance: Receipts of order confirmation do not constitute acceptance of an order. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any order placed with us for any reason, including quantity limitations, inaccuracies, or suspected fraudulent activity.

  • Accurate Billing Information: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made on our platform. You agree to promptly update your account details, including your email address and payment methods, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.

  • Payment Gateways: All online transactions are processed through SSL-encrypted, secure third-party payment gateways powered by Shopdeck/Qrate infrastructure. By making a purchase, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions of the respective payment gateways.

5. Shipping, Returns & Cancellations

  • Shipping & Delivery: All orders are shipped according to our separate Shipping & Delivery Policy. Estimated shipping timelines are indicative and subject to regional courier serviceability.

  • Returns & Refunds: Returns, exchanges, and refunds are subject to our Return, Exchange & Refund Policy. Certain items (e.g., customized, engraved, hygienic, or clearance items) are non-returnable.

  • Order Cancellations: Cancellations made prior to dispatch are subject to full refunds. Post-dispatch cancellations are handled according to our Cancellation Policy.

6. Intellectual Property & Ownership

  • Ownership of Content: All content on this platform—including text, graphics, logos, images, digital downloads, audio clips, brand marks, and software—is the property of Qrate by Shopdeck / HOD Media Products or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property and copyright laws.

If you send us customer reviews, feedback, creative suggestions, or other submissions (collectively, "Comments"):


  • You grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable right to edit, copy, publish, distribute, and use your comments in any medium.

  • Limitation of Liability: In no case shall Qrate by Shopdeck, HOD Media Products, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, or suppliers be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including lost profits or lost savings, arising from your use of any service or product purchased using the platform.

  • Indemnification: You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Qrate by Shopdeck and HOD Media Products from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

10. Severability & Termination

  • Severability: In the event that any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed severed from these Terms.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Kolkata, India.
