Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery if:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Item has original tags and packaging
- Item is not damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Sale items
- Innerwear or hygiene-sensitive products
- Customized products
Exchange
If you received the wrong size or product, we offer size exchange within 7 days, subject to stock availability.
Customers may need to pay reverse shipping charges for exchanges.
Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect your returned product:
- Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
- Refund will be credited to the original payment method.
If you paid using Cash on Delivery, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or UPI.
Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued if:
- Item is returned used or damaged
- Item returned without original packaging
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again
- Contact your bank or payment provider
- If the issue persists, contact our support team
